Summary: Use TileSort Pro for personal puzzle organization. Don't copy our code or redistribute the app. We provide no warranties. That's about it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TileSort Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TileSort Pro is a visual thinking workspace designed to help users organize their approach to word category puzzles. The App:

Provides a grid interface for entering and organizing words
Allows color-coding to visualize potential groupings
Tracks attempts and results
Operates entirely on your device with no cloud connectivity

TileSort Pro does NOT solve puzzles automatically. It is a tool to organize your own thinking.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Morgan Catlin ("the Owner") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access the web version through supported browsers
Install the App Store version on your personal devices

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
Create derivative works based on the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Attempt to circumvent any security features

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in TileSort Pro, including but not limited to:

Source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Visual design and user interface
Documentation and written content
The "TileSort Pro" name and any associated branding

are and shall remain the exclusive property of Morgan Catlin. This App is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

6. Third-Party Content

TileSort Pro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any puzzle publisher or game company. Any puzzles you enter into the App are your responsibility.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use TileSort Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content (words, text) you enter into the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The Owner does not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any errors in the App will be corrected
The App will be compatible with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or puzzle progress
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Device malfunction or data corruption
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

In no event shall the Owner's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morgan Catlin from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

The Owner reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
Update these Terms at any time
Change features, functionality, or pricing

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

The Owner may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding the use of TileSort Pro and supersede any prior agreements.
