1. Introduction

TileSort Pro ("the App," "we," "our") is a visual thinking workspace for word category puzzles. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

We built TileSort Pro with privacy as a core principle. We believe your puzzle-solving habits are your business, not ours.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

Your name, email, or contact information
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Location data
Usage analytics or behavioral data
The words you enter into puzzles
Your solving patterns or history

3. Local Storage

TileSort Pro uses your device's local storage (localStorage) to save:

Your current puzzle state (tile contents, colors, hints)
Your dark mode preference
Your attempts log for the current session

This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to any server
Is not accessible to us or any third party
Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings

4. No Cloud Services

TileSort Pro operates entirely offline. We do not use:

Cloud storage or sync services
User accounts or authentication
Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
Advertising networks
Third-party tracking scripts

5. No Data Sharing

Since we collect no data, we have no data to share. We do not sell, rent, or disclose any information to third parties because we possess no information about you.

6. Children's Privacy

TileSort Pro does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

7. Third-Party Services

TileSort Pro itself collects no data, but the following third-party services are involved in delivering the application:

Cloudflare (Web Hosting): The web version is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and performance purposes. This data is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Ko-fi (Tip Jar): If you choose to support TileSort Pro via the optional Ko-fi tip button, you will be directed to Ko-fi's website. Any information you provide to Ko-fi is governed by Ko-fi's Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personal information about you from Ko-fi beyond the fact that a tip was made.

App Store Versions: If you download TileSort Pro from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect their own data according to their respective privacy policies. We have no access to or control over that data.

8. Data Security

While we collect no data to secure, we have implemented security measures in the app itself:

Content Security Policy (CSP) headers to prevent code injection
No external script loading
Input sanitization to prevent XSS attacks
Zero dependencies on third-party code libraries

9. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data:

There is no data to access, correct, or delete
There is no data to port to another service
There is no profiling or automated decision-making

You can clear your local puzzle data at any time by clicking "New Puzzle" in the app or clearing your browser's localStorage.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes will maintain our commitment to collecting no personal data.
